Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets, coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.
  • Ensure maximum selling pricing of chicks and feed to enhance profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
  • Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization.
  • Visit farmers regularly; guide them to manage flock health, and provide medication, if necessary.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.
  • Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors and set strategies to gain higher market share.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and provide updates to the Line Manager timely.

Kazi Farms Group is hiring an enthusiastic and results-driven Officer/Executive - Chicks & Feed Sales to join its dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage territory sales, work closely with dealers and farmers, support flock health advisory activities, and consistently achieve sales targets.Key responsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets for chicks and feed, coordinating with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.Ensure selling at optimal pricing levels to enhance profitability for the company.Identify and develop new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure timely credit realization and manage commercial relationships.Regularly visit farmers, advise on flock management and provide guidance on medication and health where necessary.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention and repeat business.Conduct market analysis and competitor performance tracking; gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies and increase market share.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and provide regular updates to the line manager.Required skills & attributesProven sales ability with experience in dealer management, market analysis and achieving sales targets.Good communication, selling, negotiation and persuasive skills.Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.Familiarity with the poultry value chain, distribution of chicks and feed, or experience in related sectors (fertilizer, pesticide, animal health) will be preferred.Ability to travel and work in field conditions across territories in Bangladesh.Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships including dealers, agents and farmers.Experience & educationExperience: 2 to 5 years in sales is preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply and may be considered depending on profile and potential.Education: No strict educational requirement is listed; relevant diploma/degree or previous sales training in agro/poultry sectors will be an advantage.Workplace & employment typeLocation: Anywhere in Bangladesh (field-based role with regular visits to dealers and farmers).Workplace: Office and field visits as required.Employment type: Full Time.Compensation & benefitsRemuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate (negotiable).Festival Bonus, Gratuity, Medical allowance, Profit share, T/A & D/A, Earn Leave encashment, Handset allowance & Mobile bill, Wedding Allowance, Yearly Salary Review.About the companyKazi Farms Group is one of the largest agro-industrial groups in Bangladesh with diversified interests including Poultry, Hatchery, Feed Mill, Ice Cream, Frozen Food, Information Technology and Television Channel.
