Primary responsibilities Maintain regular contact with veterinarians and farmers in assigned territories and build lasting relationships. Effectively present the scientific information, benefits and correct usage of the company’s veterinary products to increase trust and product adoption. Achieve assigned prescription and sales targets according to the company’s monthly/quarterly goals. Monitor marketplace developments, identify new opportunities and report competitor activities and market feedback to the company regularly. Complete and submit timely sales and activity reports as required by the company. Required education & experience Minimum: Bachelor (Honours) — candidates from science backgrounds will be preferred. For experienced candidates the educational requirement may be relaxed depending on relevant track record. Prior experience in sales, medical/technical promotion or veterinary product marketing is an advantage but not strictly required. Skills & personal attributes Good communication skills in both English and Bangla for clear scientific and commercial dialogue. Strong persuasion and presentation skills; confident in influencing veterinarians and farmers. Willingness to travel frequently and work across any location in Bangladesh. Motorbike riding skill is highly desirable and will be considered an additional advantage. Retail sales and field marketing orientation with a target-driven mindset.
