Job Responsibilities
- Make daily field visits for sales to customers to retain existing business, increase volume & pursue new customers
- Daily field visits to retail shops, hotels, restaurants and cafes
- Maintain relationships with clients/customers by providing information, support, offers and new SKUs
- Educate clients/customers about the Sindabad App
- Provide day end sales report and new customer acquisition report to leader
- Achieve short term and long-term sales goals for the company
- Look after and resolve customer queries

Visit and sit with retail shops, hotels, restaurants, and cafes to promote Sindabad products and services. Maintain and build relationships by providing information, support, special offers, and introducing new SKUs. Educate customers and clients about the Sindabad app and its benefits for ordering and procurement. Prepare and submit day‑end sales reports and new customer acquisition reports to your leader. Achieve short‑term and long‑term sales targets set by the company. Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Required experience and education Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. Minimum 1–2 years of related experience in sales, preferably selling to hotels, restaurants, SMEs, or retail shops. Skills and attributes Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Good computer literacy to use reporting tools and the Sindabad app. Business development and retail sales experience preferred.
