Job Responsibilities
- Willingness to relocate/travel to any project location in Bangladesh for extended periods
- Oversee multiple construction and interior projects across different regions
- Conduct frequent site visits (minimum 50% field work) to monitor quality and progress
- Prepare, review, and approve technical drawings and adapt designs to local conditions
- Supervise subcontractors and manage on-site teams
- Maintain constant communication between HQ and remote sites
- Resolve location-specific challenges including logistics, labor, and materials
