Job Responsibilities
- Assist with photocopying, file exchange, document delivery and general office organization.
- Provide general assistance to doctors, nurses and administrative staff as required.
- Set up chairs, tables and equipment for meetings, medical camps and hospital activities.
- Assist patients and help elderly or physically challenged patients move within the hospital.
- Support non-sterile cleaning activities in operation theatre auxiliary areas as instructed.
- Ensure proper collection and disposal of waste according to hospital rules and safety guidelines.
- Refill and supervise supplies like handwash, tissue and sanitizer in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily cleanliness of OPD, waiting areas, consultation rooms, corridors, stairs and toilets.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as floors, furniture, doors and windows.
- Maintain cleanliness during patient admission and discharge procedures.
