Job Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers to collect information and update the company database. Inform customers about products, services, offers and promotional campaigns using persuasive selling points. Assist customers with product price and quality inquiries and handle complaints professionally. Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales-related records in the database. Follow up on customer complaints and suggestions; ensure issues are tracked and resolved. Meet daily calling and quality targets and prepare performance reports accordingly. Assist in present and promote products using effective selling techniques to existing and prospective customers. Work from branches when needed and assist customers with product trials and in-person inquiries. Perform other duties assigned by management on a required basis. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor/Honors degree. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in call center or customer care roles. Gender: Female only (as stated in the circular). Age: 23 to 32 years. Language: English fluency is a must; good verbal and written communication skills in Bengali are expected. Computer skills: Decent typing speed, proficiency in MS Office, standard computer efficiency and email communication.
