Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the Bank’s Retail Loan portfolio covering Home Loans, Personal Loans, Car Loans and Secured Overdrafts.
- Achieve individual sales targets across all assigned retail lending products.
- Identify prospective clients for Personal, Auto and Home loans and visit potential clients, developers and dealers to generate business.
- Conduct visits to developer companies and partner vendors to strengthen business relationships and prepare MoUs.
- Assist and coordinate loan file preparation and verification to ensure compliance with the Bank’s credit policy.
- Guide customers through loan processing stages to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Agricultural Credit Department (ACD) of Bangladesh Bank as required.
- Submit agricultural and rural credit refinance reports and process claims for refinancing when applicable.

Guide customers through the loan processing stages to deliver a seamless customer experience. Prepare and submit required reports on a timely basis (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly) to the Agricultural Credit Department (ACD) of Bangladesh Bank where applicable. Prepare MoUs with developers and vendors to support Home and Auto loan facilities under the Retail Banking Head Office. Submit agricultural and rural credit refinance reports and process claims for refinancing to the ACD of Bangladesh Bank as needed. Required Skills and Competencies Proven experience in Retail Banking with knowledge of Auto Loan, Home Loan, Personal Loan and Secured Overdraft (SOD) products. Strong commercial sense and the ability to achieve sales targets and grow the asset portfolio. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for relationship building with clients, developers and vendors. Good documentation and compliance skills to ensure loan files meet internal credit policy and external regulatory requirements. Field networking ability and readiness to visit clients, dealers and partners to generate business. Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; graduation preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting or a related field. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within banks or financial institutions handling retail lending portfolios.
