Job Responsibilities
- Conduct macro, industry, market and company research.
- Analyze new investment opportunities and business models.
- Conduct commercial due-diligence; participate in legal and accounting due-diligence projects.
- Prepare investment memos and other investment-related notes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the investment transaction process; assist in structuring and communication with legal counsel to prepare transaction documents.
- Periodic monitoring of investee companies against value-add plans; actively engage with investee management on strategy.
