Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of liquid and aerosol line machines.
- Maintain mixing tanks, agitators, pumps, pipelines, filling machines, capping/crimping machines, conveyors, labeling and packing machines.
- Maintain filling, gassing, crimping, pressure testing, and leak detection systems.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Attend emergency breakdowns during production shifts.
- Replace worn-out parts such as seals, bearings, valves, hoses, nozzles, and couplings.
- Use proper PPE and ensure safety interlocks are functional.
- Maintain machines per GMP, ISO, and 5S standards.
- Maintain utility equipment including air compressors, water pumps, boilers (support), pressure vessels, and pipelines.
- Perform welding, fitting, fabrication, and machining work as required.

Overview This full-time position involves installation, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs of production and utility machinery on the liquid and aerosol production line. The successful candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure safe, uninterrupted, and efficient manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of liquid and aerosol line machines to ensure continuous production and minimize downtime. Maintain, inspect and repair equipment including mixing tanks, agitators, pumps, pipelines, filling machines, capping/crimping machines, conveyors, labeling and packing machines. Maintain filling, gassing, crimping, pressure testing, and leak detection systems to safeguard product quality and safety. Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults quickly and accurately to reduce production losses. Attend emergency breakdowns during production shifts and participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Replace worn-out parts such as seals, bearings, valves, hoses, nozzles, and couplings in a timely manner. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and verify the functionality of safety interlocks and guarding systems. Work according to GMP, ISO, and 5S standards to maintain hygiene, quality, and workplace organization. Maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, water pumps, boilers (support), pressure vessels, and associated pipelines. Perform welding, fitting, fabrication, and machining tasks as required to support maintenance and repairs. Required education & experience SSC / HSC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade Certificate. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing or related sectors (Food & Beverage, Packaged Food, FMCG, Group of Companies, or similar). Skills and competencies Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with pumps, valves, compressors, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems. Welding and fabrication ability; competency with fitting and machining tools. Knowledge of pressure testing, leak detection, and crimping systems used in liquid and aerosol lines. Committed to safety and quality systems including GMP, ISO, and 5S. Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and respond to emergency breakdowns. Good communication and teamwork skills.
