Job Responsibilities
- Promote company work-permit visa opportunities to agents and prospective travelers via telemarketing and social channels.
- Conduct outbound customer engagement via Facebook, Imo, WhatsApp and telephone to generate leads and schedule office counseling.
- Provide detailed information about visa processes and convert inquiries into applicants.
- Maintain and update the client database and collect candidate information accurately.
- Report daily work and results to the office and collaborate with the team to meet targets.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Protect and enhance the company’s reputation by delivering professional customer service.
