Job Responsibilities
- Generate new dealers and distributors to expand market as per strategic plan
- Monitor daily activities of the sales team and ensure adherence to scheduled plans
- Monitor primary and secondary sales and ensure targets are met
- Carry out market visits, discuss with distributors to identify problems and advise for improvement of sales
- Observe and monitor competitor activities and report to superior
- Supervise and guide the sales force regularly to increase market share
- Create new business opportunities and onboard new distributors
- Set and monitor daily and monthly sales targets for the region
- Responsible for realization of sales proceeds and reconciliation of distributor balances
- Coordinate with production and distribution for product availability

Grocer Consumer Products is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand our mosquito coil distribution and sales across multiple territories in Bangladesh. Ensure cost-effective regional activities and reduce market returns. Check bills and documentation of the sales team and ensure compliance. Required experience & education Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (typical experience requirement: 5 to 10 years) in FMCG, wholesale, or direct selling/marketing service companies. Proven experience specifically in mosquito coil sales is strongly preferred. Education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent. Age requirement: 30 to 50 years. Male candidates preferred as per this circular. Skills and attributes Business development, marketing, relationship marketing, sales & distribution expertise. Strong leadership and team coaching skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and distributor-management abilities. Target-driven, analytical, and able to prepare and manage budgets.
