Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues on injection molding, extrusion and packaging equipment.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
- Assist in installation, alignment and setup of new production machinery and supporting systems.
- Operate hand/power tools, read blueprints/schematics and use diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance and parts usage.
- Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout and ensure good housekeeping.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring failures and implement improvements.
