Key responsibilities Ensure that individual and team monthly business targets are met consistently. Drive business development activities and proactively hunt for new business opportunities in the consumer lending segment. Maintain clear, consistent and professional communication with clients to support application processing and follow-ups. Maintain accurate MIS and proper documentation to ensure compliance and audit-readiness. Collect and verify required documents in-person, ensuring proper signatures and verification procedures are followed. Coordinate with other departments and branches to obtain any missing documents and resolve shortfalls promptly. Ensure error-free loan documentation, application packaging and instruction submissions. Ensure timely processing and quick disposal of credit proposals, supporting efficient credit decisioning. Manage client complaints professionally and escalate as needed, ensuring operations are carried out according to bank rules, regulations and directives. Required skills and experience Minimum experience: 1 to 5 years (experience in Banks preferred). Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Relevant knowledge and practical experience in retail banking products such as Car Loan, Home Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card and other retail lending solutions. Strong sales & marketing orientation with ability to meet and exceed targets. Good documentation, MIS, and coordination skills; attention to detail for error-free submissions.
