Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily care of layer and breeder chickens; ensure feed, water, light, temperature and ventilation are optimal.
- Monitor mortality and culling, prepare regular reports and corrective action recommendations.
- Track production performance metrics such as weight gain, egg production and FCR; report to project head.
- Understand and implement incubation procedures for breeder birds.
