Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage visa documentation for multiple destinations (Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Asian countries).
- Provide accurate consultancy to clients about visa requirements, fees, and processing timelines.
- Design, customize, and execute domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, and transport arrangements.
- Maintain excellent client communication and support clients until travel completion.
- Resolve issues related to visa rejections or travel disruptions efficiently.
