Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure Hybrid Vegetable Seed sales in assigned territory

Main responsibilities Ensure consistent sales of Hybrid Vegetable Seed in assigned territory and channels. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Identify new business opportunities, onboard channel partners, and build long-term relationships with customers and retailers. Plan and execute promotional activities, product demonstrations and farmer/retailer trainings to increase product adoption. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide timely feedback to the company’s Sales & Marketing team and R&D if needed. Prepare accurate sales reports, maintain records of customer interactions, collections and inventory movements. Coordinate with the head office for logistics, sample availability, and promotional materials. Required education & experience Diploma in Agriculture or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) are listed qualifications. Equivalent agricultural/business diplomas or degrees are acceptable. Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales, preferably within agro-based firms including seed companies, agro-processing, horticulture, or related businesses.
