Job Responsibilities
- Identify, research and generate high-quality leads through email outreach, LinkedIn and industry directories.
- Use web scraping and automation techniques to collect and scale leads from various platforms.
- Use and manage lead tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, ContactOut, SalesQL, Kendo.
- Qualify leads and maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate contact details.
- Work closely with sales and marketing for smooth lead handover and follow-up.

The company provides opportunities for career growth, relocation to the California headquarters for top performers, and ongoing professional development.What this job involves (Role Overview):Work Monday to Saturday on a night shift schedule: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (BD Time) with a 1-hour break, to align with U.S. market operations.Identify, research, and generate high-quality leads across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, industry directories, and web scraping.Automate lead collection using web scraping and automation tools to increase throughput while ensuring lead quality.Qualify leads by assessing fit and potential value for the company’s services, focusing on affiliate marketing and pay-per-call verticals.Maintain and update CRM records with accurate contact details and lead status; facilitate effective handover to sales and account teams.Monitor performance metrics, run analysis on lead-generation campaigns, and recommend optimizations to improve conversion and ROI.Key responsibilities (summary):Research and target potential advertisers and partners using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, ContactOut, and similar tools.Use data scraping tools (Phantombuster, Instant Data Scraper, Scrapp.io, Email Extractor) to scale lead acquisition while ensuring compliance with platform rules.Create outreach sequences and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging that converts prospects into meetings and partnerships.Qualify and nurture leads, maintaining a clean and actionable pipeline in the company’s CRM.Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to ensure smooth follow-up and reporting.Required skills & qualifications:At least 1 year of relevant experience (advertising agency, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or pay-per-call preferred).Proven experience in lead generation and prospect qualification.Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, ContactOut, SalesQL, Kendo, and other email-finder or lead tools.Familiarity with web scraping and automation tools: Phantombuster, Instant Data Scraper, Scrapp.io, Email Extractor, and similar.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with potential advertisers.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.Benefits & additional perks:Monthly salary with probation arrangement (50% salary during a one-month probation period; full salary thereafter).Insurance and yearly salary reviews.Festival bonuses (2 per year), monthly and annual performance bonuses.Generous casual and sick leave policy; yearly holidays aligned with Bangladesh and U.S. calendars.Professional certification support and leadership training directly from the CEO.Relocation opportunities to the California headquarters for top performers.Location & workplace: This job accepts applications from anywhere in Bangladesh.
