Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end land acquisition processes including title verification, mutation, registration, and drafting legal deeds.
- Resolve land disputes (ownership, boundary, possession) through litigation or negotiation with courts and AC/ADM offices.
- Manage company litigation (civil, criminal, regulatory), supervise pleadings, monitor hearings, and maintain a centralized litigation register.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal documents (JV, lease, commercial, vendor, tripartite agreements).
- Support corporate legal affairs including company/subsidiary formation, resolution drafting, and corporate governance.
- Provide legal opinions on land transactions, operational decisions, and risk issues; develop internal mitigation frameworks.
- Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory authorities including landowners, brokers, government offices, and external counsels.
- Advise on land-related tax compliance, VAT, corporate tax matters, and resolve tax/legal disputes.
- Maintain internal legal knowledge base, compliance checklists, and templates; keep abreast of regulatory changes.

Redmin Industries Limited is seeking a seasoned Manager / Sr. Manager (Legal & State) to lead legal operations, land acquisition processes, litigation management, corporate compliance, and stakeholder liaison functions. This job circular in bangladesh invites experienced legal professionals to apply who can manage complex land-related matters, supervise litigation, draft and review commercial contracts, and advise on tax and regulatory compliance for a growing chemical and polymer-focused company.This position is ideal for a legal practitioner with strong litigation experience, robust contract drafting skills, and a track record of handling land acquisition, registration, and dispute resolution.
