Job Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and update MIS and project database; create beneficiary profiles.
- Collect, verify and update quantitative and qualitative monitoring data from field surveys.
- Support research-related data collection and time-bound information gathering.
- Record project activities at branch level and consolidate monthly and quarterly reports.
- Assist in annual work plan preparation, budget allocation, and branch-level budget follow-up.
- Operate digital service points to provide beneficiary information and coordinate with union service centers.
- Conduct regular onsite and offsite monitoring of PPEPP-EU project activities.
- Update beneficiary profiles periodically and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
- Coordinate with donor and organizational directives and perform assigned duties as required.

Job Description
Peoples Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) is recruiting an experienced MIS Officer to support the Pathways to Prosperity for Extremely Poor People (PPEPP-EU) project in remote unions of Itna and Nikli, Kishoreganj. This job announcement/circular is targeted to candidates who have strong monitoring, data management and community-level MIS experience.
