Hands-on skills in inverter/VFD maintenance, PCB/motherboard repair (especially HMI/LCD), and electrical wiring/troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose faults, use standard test equipment, and implement repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Good communication for reporting to senior engineers and coordinating with the team. Experience and personal profile: Age preference: 25 to 40 years.
