Job Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration and configuration of assigned business systems and platforms
- Act as primary point of contact for system-related issues, requests and minor enhancements
- Log, triage, prioritise and track system incidents, defects and change requests
- Perform root-cause analysis of system issues and assess business impact
- Escalate complex defects to technical teams with clear, well-documented analysis
- Monitor system usage and performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend configuration changes or process adjustments to improve efficiency and user experience
- Support post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned
- Maintain system documentation, configurations and support guides
- Analyse system behaviour against business processes and documented requirements
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process maps (as-is / to-be), user stories and acceptance criteria for small enhancements
- Maintain accurate records in tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create and execute test cases and validate defect fixes
- Liaise with technical teams, vendors and support partners
- Provide guidance and support to system users and assist with change adoption
