Job Responsibilities

  • Manage complete order lifecycle for Guide London: sampling, costing, development, approvals, bulk follow-up & shipment.
  • Lead product development for formal woven shirts: fabric sourcing, trims, wash, fit & construction details.
  • Communicate with UK buyers daily; attend virtual meetings, costing negotiations, approvals & feedback.
  • Coordinate with planning, production, QA, pattern, and accessories teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare BOM, costing sheets, T&A, and status reports.
  • Ensure all sample comments (fit / PP / size set) are actioned correctly.
  • Monitor production quality and work closely with QC to troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with mills and suppliers to secure fabrics at competitive lead times.
  • Maintain strong follow-up from enquiry to shipment, ensuring required margins.
  • Lead and guide junior merchandisers and assistants.
  • Handle UK/EU compliance, testing, labels, packaging and AQL requirements.

Olympia International Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Woven Merchandiser to join its merchandising team to manage the Guide London account for formal woven shirts targeting the UK and European markets.
