Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and coordinate all field staff activities under the branch
- Manage loan distribution and ensure timely collection of loan installments
- Conduct new area surveys, member selection, member enrollment, and leader of group formation
- Verify loan proposals, recommend approvals, and ensure proper preparation and safekeeping of loan files
- Provide regular field visits and necessary support to microcredit borrowers
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation to ensure correct loan utilization and portfolio quality
- Ensure branch achieves annual targets and present regular reports to senior management
