Job Responsibilities
- Plan, build and deploy email and SMS campaigns including newsletters, promotions, automated flows, onboarding and follow-ups.
- Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure targeted messaging based on services, locations and lead stages.
- Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene to protect sender reputation.
- Conduct A/B tests and optimizations on segmentation, content, subject lines and send timings.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, revenue attribution).
- Update and enhance existing email sequences and automation workflows based on insights.
- Collaborate with team members to align messaging with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.

At Ace Corp you will directly contribute to client revenue, engagement and long-term customer retention.Key responsibilities:Plan, build and deploy email and SMS campaigns including newsletters, promotions, automated flows, onboarding sequences and follow-ups.Manage subscriber lists and segmentation to ensure targeted messaging based on services, locations and lead stages.Monitor deliverability and list hygiene to maintain sender reputation and compliance (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing and segment strategies to improve campaign KPIs.Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate and revenue attribution; provide actionable insights.Continuously update and optimize email sequences and automation workflows based on performance data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email content with promotions, seasonal campaigns and business goals.Produce regular performance reports and recommendations for improvements.Required skills & qualifications:1 to 3 years of relevant experience in email marketing, digital marketing or related roles.Proficiency with email platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or similar tools.Strong understanding of segmentation, workflows, lifecycle marketing, deliverability and list hygiene.Solid copywriting skills with an ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy that aligns with brand voice.Familiarity with analytics and conversion tracking tools to measure campaign impact and ROI.Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to troubleshoot email formatting issues (preferred).Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset and experience with A/B testing and optimization frameworks.Success indicators for this role:Increased engagement metrics such as open rates and CTR across client campaigns.Improved conversion and booking rates attributable to email traffic.Maintained and growing healthy subscriber lists with low spam complaints and unsubscribe rates.Effective lead nurturing that contributes to closed deals and repeat business.Work conditions, salary & location:Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka (Work from Office).Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.Salary: Tk. 30,000–40,000 BDT per month.Vacancies: Multiple positions available.Benefits: Competitive salary & benefits, transportation/drop services for night shifts, learning & growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.Who should apply: Candidates aged 22 to 35 with 1–3 years of relevant experience in BPO/data entry firms, market research, direct selling/marketing service companies or groups of companies are encouraged to apply.
