Job Responsibilities
- Implement field-level project interventions according to work plans, technical guidelines, and organizational standards.
- Support planning and execution of crop, livestock, poultry, and fisheries activities, including demos, agri-mechanization, AI, vaccination camps, feed preparation and pond management.
- Facilitate agri-entrepreneurship services, machinery rentals, input supply linkages and value-addition activities at community level.
- Monitor quality, quantity, and timely delivery of all interventions and help resolve field-level operational challenges.
- Collect accurate field data for monitoring, reporting, and evaluation and assist in preparing field reports.
- Liaise with farmers, community leaders, government extension staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and high adoption.
- Ensure adherence to environmental safeguards, biosecurity, and sustainable agriculture practices.
- Promote community awareness, engagement, and participation in all project initiatives.
- Uphold and promote safeguarding standards; report concerns through approved channels.
