Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance systems
- Ensure that customers’ quality standards, AQL levels, and compliance protocols are strictly followed
- Manage and monitor the Quality Team including QA Executives, In-Line QCs, and Final Inspectors
- Conduct team meetings and lead development & coaching for QA staff
- Lead pre-production meetings (PPM) to align quality expectations
- Oversee all in-line, end-line, and final inspections across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing
- Monitor defect trends and ensure implementation of effective root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
- Ensure QA staff are trained on new procedures and customer requirements
- Set KPIs for the QA team and regularly review performance
- Lead customer audits (inline/final) and final inspections and ensure documentation and traceability
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Provide daily/weekly quality reports to senior management and coordinate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues proactively

Lianfa Textile Co. Ltd is seeking a seasoned QA Manager / Asst. QA Manager to join its Foreign Liaison Office and lead quality assurance across multiple factories. Coordinate with merchandising, production, technical teams, and overseas partners to resolve quality issues. Primary responsibilities (high-level): Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA systems and procedures. Monitor defect trends, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective action plans (CAP). Provide routine quality reports to senior management and align QA KPIs with business goals. Required skills and experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in QA or managerial QA roles in garments/textile business areas (textile, spinning, or garments preferred). Strong knowledge of garment construction, quality control systems, and international AQL standards. Hands-on experience with RCA, CAP, continuous improvement tools (e.g., fishbone diagrams) and QA audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and QA management systems. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and people-management skills. Education & candidate profile Bachelor/Honors degree — Textile Engineer, Bachelor, or equivalent qualification.
