Prior experience in real estate related construction projects is highly preferred. Skills and technical competencies Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including AutoCAD drawings. Familiarity with standards such as ASNT, ASTM, ISO and BNBC and practical quality control procedures. Suggested skills listed by the company: AutoCAD, ISO 9001:2000, Risk Management.
