Required education and qualifications Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). 8 to 13 years of progressive experience in construction and real estate project management. Prior experience in real estate related construction projects is highly preferred. Skills and technical competencies Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including AutoCAD drawings. Familiarity with standards such as ASNT, ASTM, ISO and BNBC and practical quality control procedures. Suggested skills listed by the company: AutoCAD, ISO 9001:2000, Risk Management. Basic knowledge of Primavera Expedition (project planning/contract administration) and other project management tools. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
