Job Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Plan and oversee website architecture and page hierarchy restructuring.
- Conduct full-scale SEO audits and perform technical fixes for crawl errors, site speed, duplicate content, etc.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content strategy.

This job follows a night shift schedule (Monday–Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM BD Time) to align with U.S. market operations. The on-site office is located in Bogura, Bangladesh, and remote candidates from across Bangladesh are welcome to apply.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to increase organic traffic and rankings across multiple websites and verticals.Conduct full-scale SEO audits for both mobile and desktop; identify crawl issues, slow page speed problems, duplicate content, and provide actionable fixes.Plan and restructure site architecture and page hierarchies to improve indexation and crawlability.Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and targeting strategies.Optimize webpages, blog posts, product and landing pages for relevance, user experience, and conversions.Execute link-building campaigns through outreach, creation of linkable assets, and submission-based strategies.Monitor and report on SEO metrics (organic traffic, rankings, domain authority, conversions) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and similar tools.Collaborate cross-functionally with content, development, and social teams to implement SEO best practices and resolve technical issues.Manage local SEO and Google My Business optimizations as needed and support international SEO initiatives for global visibility.Required skills & experienceFreelancers: minimum 1–2 years hands-on SEO experience; Job-holders: minimum 3–4 years professional SEO experience (advertising agency experience preferred).Strong technical SEO knowledge: crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, robots.txt, site speed, and JS/HTML/CSS implications.Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Rank Math/Yoast, etc.Practical experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.Competence in keyword research, content optimization, and analytics-driven decision making.Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet).Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Preferred certifications from Google, HubSpot, or similar institutions are an advantage.Workplace, hours & probationWorkplace: On-site at Ray Advertising – Bangladesh Branch, Beside Kali Mandir, 2nd Floor, Chondon-Baisha Road, Bogura 5800; or Remote (Anywhere in Bangladesh).Shift: Night shift (Monday–Saturday) 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM BD Time, including a 1-hour break.Probation: 1-month probation period during which 50% of the agreed salary will be paid.
