Job Responsibilities
- Handling all factory compliance and sustainability audits.
- Assuring a clean & healthy work environment across the factory.
- Managing and facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord/RSC, Nirapon, ISO, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, GRS, EMS, BEPI, Higg FEM, Better Work, SLCP and other social/ethical/environmental/technical/SCS audits.
- Communicating with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense Department.
- Following up buyer/customer code of conduct (COC) requirements.
- Updating and maintaining all factory licenses.
- Developing and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with buyer requirements (Higg FEM, SLCP, ZDHC, GHG reporting, waste & water management).
- Ensuring full compliance with labor laws, DIFE requirements, fire service, fire safety and environmental regulations.
- Conducting regular internal compliance audits and preparing Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
- Maintaining updated SOPs for KPI collection, reporting and review procedures.
- Following up on CAP closure and maintaining proper documentation and evidence.
- Monitoring working conditions, worker welfare, dormitory/hostel standards, and grievance management systems.
- Ensuring social compliance and human rights standards in the factory.
- Ensuring employee health & safety procedures and welfare programs.
- Ensuring legal compliance/code of conduct for fire, building electrical, health & safety issues.

Strong knowledge of labor law, safety regulations and social compliance standards. Experience with HRIS/HR database management, HR policy development and employee management.
