Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networking) for new store, warehouse, and office openings.
- Support testing and trial runs of new applications to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and minor repairs of hardware and software in stores, warehouses, and offices.
- Provide on-site and remote support to store, warehouse, and office employees in operating IT systems and applications.
- Assist in planning and executing monthly store visits for IT checks and support.
- Deliver basic training and guidance to staff on common IT issues and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational IT issues.
- Help maintain data security and confidentiality according to company ISMS policies.
