Job Responsibilities
- Plan and participate in visits to field, offsite and office locations to assess project progress and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies for construction project execution aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee planning, design and execution of construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Rancon Holdings Limited is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Civil Engineer) to join its Internal Audit and civil projects function. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering (required). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering; at least 1 year experience in internal audit or audit-related responsibilities preferred. Proven experience managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects (engineering firms, real estate or developer background preferred). Strong knowledge of design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.). Solid skills in estimation, bill checking and budget review. Excellent problem solving, leadership, communication and team collaboration skills. In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards in Bangladesh. Commitment to safety, quality control and ethical audit practices.
