Job Responsibilities
- Develop and review M&E Plan, M&E Framework, and logical framework for the SCALE project
- Design qualitative and quantitative methods, tools, and strategies for monitoring, evaluation, and research
- Develop app-based data collection tools (KOBO/ODK/ONA/EPI-info) and support enumerators during data collection
- Organize and conduct frequent field visits and monitor project activities
- Coordinate and manage baseline surveys, needs assessments, feasibility studies, post-distribution monitoring, midterm and final evaluations, and impact studies
- Analyze and visualize data using Excel, SPSS, STATA, PIVOT, Power BI and present findings
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, interim, and final reports for donors and management; produce research and monitoring reports and case studies
- Support accountability and learning mechanisms including Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) and learning workshops
- Maintain information management systems and contribute to country-level business plans and dissemination workshops
- Uphold safeguarding principles, child protection policies, and ethical standards; ensure staff and participant safety
- Participate in seasonal program implementations such as winterization, Qurbani, and Ramadan initiatives

Overview The Assistant Project Officer (Monitoring & Reporting) will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the MEAL activities across the SCALE project. Manage reporting timelines, prepare monthly/quarterly/final reports, and contribute to knowledge products such as case studies.
