Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
- Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Manage large number of inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Follow provided scripts and adapt to different topics.

About the job Position: Telesales Executive (Night Shift) Workplace: On-site at Mirpur, Dhaka Shift: Night shift to align with USA/Canada business hours (approx. 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Bangladesh time) Vacancies: 20 Employment type: Full Time Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada following the provided communication scripts. Identify customer needs, clarify queries and provide precise information and solutions. Sell services and products over the phone per instruction and close sales or generate qualified leads. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and manage a high call volume. Keep accurate and comprehensible records of all conversations in the call center database. Achieve personal and team quantitative and qualitative targets. Follow scripts while adapting to different customer scenarios; escalate issues when required. Who should apply?
