Job Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities from sourcing to final delivery.
- Develop demand forecasting and supply planning strategies with Sales, Projects and Engineering.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, spare parts, and equipment for projects.
- Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation and contract management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international vendors and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control systems, ABC analysis and aging control.
- Oversee warehouse operations ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage local and international logistics, import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, C&F agents and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with customs, VAT and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze supply chain costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, KPIs and dashboards for management review.

This is a senior role for an analytical, process-oriented supply chain professional who will manage end-to-end procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor relationships and import-export operations. Experience: 9 to 12 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, logistics or related experience — preferably with exposure to Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, HVAC systems and industrial machineries such as generators and diesel engines. Strong negotiation, vendor management and contracting skills. Experience with supply chain management software and demand forecasting tools. Good analytical skills, ERP familiarity, Excel proficiency and capability to prepare MIS/KPIs.
