Manage and validate IPD/OPD billing and collection processes; coordinate with clinical and billing staff to resolve discrepancies. Control accounts payable and receivable processes, ensure timely supplier payments and receivables follow-up. Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for management; participate in strategic financial planning and cost control initiatives. Ensure VAT, AIT/TDS and other statutory returns and filings are prepared accurately and submitted on time. Conduct cost analysis to find optimization opportunities and support financial decision-making. Supervise and mentor junior members of the finance team; improve processes and reporting workflows. Required skills and qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting.
