Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings; prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman; draft letters, reports, and internal memos.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Chairman; organize events, conferences, or business meetings as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters and handle personal and professional matters with tact and discretion.
  • Organize and maintain documents, records, and files (both digital and physical); retrieve and present information quickly when required.
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD/Chairman and internal/external stakeholders; coordinate with department heads and staff on behalf of the MD.
  • Monitor progress of delegated tasks and projects; ensure deadlines are met and report back to the Chairman.
  • Help the Chairman prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time; remind and prepare the Chairman for important meetings and deadlines.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies, arranging logistics, or supporting admin teams (office management support if applicable).
  • Occasionally assist with personal tasks or errands, as required.

Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor/Honors degree (required). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in E-commerce or a healthcare startup environment. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability in diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking. Excellent discretion and ability to manage confidential information. Time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills. Competency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and communication tools. Additional requirements: Female candidates only (as specified). Age between 20 to 35 years.
