Job Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD; draft letters, reports, and internal memos.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the MD; organize events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters and handle personal and professional matters with discretion.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and files (digital and physical) and retrieve information quickly when required.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders; coordinate with department heads and staff.
- Monitor progress of delegated tasks and projects; ensure deadlines are met and report back to the MD.
- Assist with office management tasks and maintain office supplies as applicable.
