At least 17 years of relevant experience in garments, textile, or related manufacturing sectors, with extensive senior leadership exposure. Proven experience managing factory operations including spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to coordinate with international buyers and suppliers (experience with Chinese partners preferred). Excellent people leadership, team-building, and change-management skills. Strong focus on compliance, workplace safety, quality assurance, and operational transparency.
