Job Responsibilities
- Preparing delicious and healthy Bangla, Continental foods & Special Dessert food Items.
- Prepare special dishes and dessert items as per requirements.
- Monitoring the quality standards according to the guideline of 5-Star hotel.
- Supervising kitchen staff's activities in food preparation.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, preservation and presentation.
- Follow recipes accurately, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the required standard.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.
- Maintain proper cleanness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
- Maintain kitchen stocks and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
