Key responsibilities (what you will do): Maintain general accounting records for the corporate office, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of transactions. Handle petty cash management, prepare vouchers and record daily transactions. Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing, including supplier payments and customer receipts. Perform bank reconciliation and monthly closing tasks to ensure records match bank statements. Prepare monthly office expense summaries, cost reports and Budget vs Actual reports to support management decision-making. Support payroll documentation, employee expense recording and necessary statutory compliance filings. Assist with audit preparation and internal financial reporting; ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records. Required skills and experience (what we expect): Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or equivalent qualification is required. At least 1 year of practical experience in accounting — preferably in engineering firms or HVAC businesses. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software/ERP systems. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work reliably in a team. Familiarity with cash handling, petty cash management, accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliation. Suggested and additional skills: Accounting, Cash Handling, Petty Cash Management Experience with engineering firm or HVAC accounting processes is a plus.
