Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records across group and subsidiary companies; prepare, review and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Collect financial data from sister concerns and prepare group-level reports; set up accounting systems for new or existing subsidiaries.
  • Develop structured MIS, dashboards and reporting systems to meet management requirements; provide periodic financial insights, projections and forecasts.
  • Analyze company and subsidiary profitability; advise management on strategies to improve margins and reduce losses.
  • Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, VAT, Customs, RJSC and other applicable regulations; support statutory and external audits; assist in tax return preparation.
  • Manage banking relationships, fund management, LC/loan facilities and credit limits; track interest, charges and loan obligations.
  • Convert manual accounting and reporting processes into automated, ERP-driven workflows; supervise inventory accounting and ERP-based MIS reporting.
  • Lead and develop finance teams across group companies; coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and transparent financial operations.

Tritech Building Services Ltd. is recruiting a highly experienced Deputy Head of Corporate Accounts to lead group accounting, management reporting, compliance, banking relationships, and finance automation across the company and its subsidiaries. Leadership & Coordination: Lead and develop finance teams across group companies; coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and financial transparency. Detailed responsibilities (highlights): Prepare consolidated financial statements and group-level reports in required formats. Set up and standardize accounting systems for subsidiaries and ensure data integrity across entities. Develop dashboards and MIS that support executive decision-making and cash-flow management. Drive ERP implementation, process automation and upskilling of finance staff. Required experience & qualifications: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and corporate finance. Experience in engineering firms, real estate, or HVAC system businesses is an advantage.
