Yoga With DR is seeking an experienced SEO Expert to join our team and lead search engine optimization for our medical, healthcare and wellness web properties. This is an exciting job opportunity at a growing company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Role overview: Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies tailored for medical and wellness content. Conduct comprehensive keyword research related to healthcare and yoga topics and implement content optimization. Improve Google ranking and organic traffic by optimizing pages, blogs, landing pages and YouTube content. Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO tools. Identify and fix technical SEO issues — site speed, indexing, crawlability and mobile usability. Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile to increase local visibility in Dhaka and across Bangladesh. Build and manage high-quality backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns. Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommendations for content, UX and technical teams. Key responsibilities (detailed): On-page SEO: optimize title tags, meta descriptions, structured data, headings and internal linking. Technical SEO: resolve crawling/indexing problems, implement schema markup, and improve site speed and mobile UX. Off-page SEO: manage link-building, partnerships, and outreach while ensuring quality and relevance. Content strategy: advise content creators on topic clusters and create SEO-driven content briefs for medical/yoga audiences. Local SEO: optimize Google Business Profile, local citations and location-specific pages to drive appointments and local conversions. Analytics & reporting: set up dashboards, track KPIs, run A/B tests and translate data into actionable improvements. Required skills and qualifications: 1 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (hospital, clinic, e-commerce or related areas preferred). Proven knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO best practices, including YouTube SEO. Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and site audit tools. Familiarity with medical/healthcare content sensitivities and ability to work with clinical content safely and ethically. Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills; comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with content, development and marketing teams. Preferred education and additional information: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted. Candidate must be ethical, disciplined, and result-driven, with willingness to learn ongoing Google algorithm updates.
