Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other digital channels.
- Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels and short videos.
- Create, edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and promotional content.
- Use AI tools for video enhancement, voiceover, script generation and motion graphics.
- Design educational and marketing videos for the institute’s training programs.
- Manage the full video production process including editing, color correction and sound mixing.
- Develop creative content ideas for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
- Maintain consistent video branding and visual quality across all platforms.

Manage and grow the company’s social media pages, including content calendars and community engagement. Create, edit and produce high-quality short and long-form videos (posts, reels, short videos) and promotional clips for training programs. Use AI tools for video enhancement, voiceover generation, script assistance and motion graphics to speed up production and improve quality. Perform full video production tasks including shooting coordination, editing, color correction and audio mixing. Design educational and marketing video content aligned with the centre’s training modules (e.g., cupping therapy, non-surgical treatments). Coordinate closely with the design and content teams to meet marketing deadlines and campaign goals. Monitor analytics, apply basic SEO and insights to refine content strategy and improve reach and conversions. Maintain consistent branding, tone and visual quality across all channels. Required skills & qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing; strong practical portfolio considered — freshers with demonstrable skills and portfolio may also apply. Proven video editing and content creation skills (mobile and desktop editing tools). Experience managing social media pages and content strategies for growth and engagement. Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools and campaign measurement. Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools, motion graphics, and voiceover techniques is a plus.
