Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement land marketing & sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new marketing & sales opportunities for land projects.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing and finalize agreements ensuring legal compliance.

The company encourages performance-driven candidates and offers negotiable compensation with benefits.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement effective land marketing & sales strategies to achieve company targets and grow project sales.Actively identify and pursue new marketing & sales opportunities for land projects through field visits, prospecting and stakeholder engagement.Conduct site visits with prospective clients, highlight key features and investment advantages of plots, and convert leads into closed deals.Negotiate terms, pricing and finalize agreements with buyers ensuring legal compliance and clear documentation.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors and channel partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.Provide timely updates and transparent communication to clients throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle, including guidance on registration, mutation and other legal formalities.Coordinate closely with legal teams, surveyors and regulatory authorities to ensure proper land demarcation, registration and accuracy of transaction records.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and legal records for all transactions and assist in preparing reports for management.Monitor land pricing, availability and competitor activity in targeted areas and use market insights to shape pricing and promotional activities.Identify emerging demand zones and provide recommendations for new land acquisitions or projects.Required skills & qualifications:Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing & sales, business development or real estate; 6–12 years preferred for senior roles.Proven experience in real estate, land management, land marketing & sales or related sectors.Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills for high-value deals.Excellent client service orientation, communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of property registration, mutation procedures, land laws and local market trends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare clear sales reports and presentations.Proactive, target-driven attitude with ability to work independently and within teams.Additional requirements & preferences:Age: 30 to 50 years (as mentioned in the circular).Male candidates preferred for this specific posting (as per job circular).Ability to perform frequent field visits and handle multiple client portfolios.Benefits:Mobile bill reimbursementTravel allowance (T/A)Festival bonus (2 festivals)How to apply: Interested candidates should apply as instructed in the job circular.
