Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress meets project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with approved materials, workmanship standards, and project specifications.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at site.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources efficiently.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements prior to execution.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (typical hiring range 4 to 8 years) in construction, real estate development, or group of companies environment. Practical experience in civil construction, construction supervision, and reporting & documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
