Job Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to phone calls and social media inquiries from donors and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update donor databases; keep detailed records of donor interactions, feedback and requirements.
- Handle donor queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Provide support to increase donor engagement and maintain long-term relationships.
- Support the Communication Manager by preparing high-quality donor reports, HQ reports, proposals and concept notes to secure new funding.
- Collaborate with the Planning and Development Manager on fundraising, communications, networking and advocacy activities.
- Develop and implement a fundraising plan aligned with organizational goals for sustainable funding.
- Implement effective customer loyalty programs and document all customer service activities.
- Assess service statistics, prepare detailed analytical reports, and contribute feedback to strategic planning and quality improvement.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by management.
