Overview: LIMRS Construction And Interior is seeking a dynamic, target-driven Deputy Manager (Interior Items) to join their marketing and business development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting interior design services, generating leads, developing client relationships, and converting prospects into business. Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing platforms, networking, and field visits. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and marketing reports to clients and internal management. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and proactive follow-up activities to ensure strong conversion rates. Assist management in planning and executing marketing strategies and sales campaigns. Develop new client relationships and maintain strong ties with existing clients to maximize repeat business. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed monthly sales/marketing targets; report progress and insights to senior management. Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support company growth and service delivery. Required skills & qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) — essential qualifications for this job. At least 10 years of proven experience in marketing/sales within Architecture Firms, Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Design or related construction/interior businesses. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client-handling skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships. Proficiency in social media management and digital lead generation techniques. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets; energetic, confident, and smart in field interaction. Comfortable with regular field visits and on-site client interactions. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and analytical, problem-solving mindset. Preferred experience & advantages: Candidates with experience in real estate, architecture fields, or interior-related marketing will receive strong preference. Practical experience in construction or interior marketing and client acquisition is highly desirable. Compensation & benefits: Salary range: 33,000 - 40,000 BDT per month (based on experience).
