Key responsibilities (job duties) Counsel students and guardians over the phone and face-to-face regarding admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, eligibility and visa processes for India and Malaysia. Manage the complete process from university application to admission and visa submission for foreign universities (India & Malaysia). Process and prepare necessary documents for student applications, admission and visa applications. Communicate directly with foreign institutions to follow up on applications, admissions and scholarship decisions. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students through high-quality counseling and follow-up. Provide accurate information about programs, universities and country-specific requirements; help students make informed decisions. Work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines, while maintaining high service standards. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor/Honors degree (as specified in education requirements). 2 to 4 years of experience in immigration and education consultancy services preferred; freshers with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply. Strong student counseling skills and ability to build client relationships. Good command of English for communication with students and foreign institutions. Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy; mid-level computer skills are required. Positive, proactive attitude and good office administration skills. Knowledgeable about admission and visa processing for India & Malaysia; prior work in an education consultancy firm is a plus. Additional details & benefits Monthly salary: Tk. 15,000 - 20,000 (monthly) Mobile bill reimbursement and attractive incentives based on performance.
