Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student goals and suggest suitable courses and universities (mainly UK, Australia and Europe).
- Assist students with preparing, submitting, and tracking admission and visa applications.
- Guide students with SOP writing, scholarship opportunities, and accommodation information.
- Stay updated on admission criteria, visa policies, and university programs of UK, Australia and Europe.
- Maintain student information, lead records, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Participate in education fairs and promotional videos (if needed).
- Support the management team with reports and marketing initiatives related to study abroad.
