Key responsibilities Collect market and customer data from assigned areas and communicate product and company information to prospective and existing clients accurately. Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly sales targets for Lift products and related services. Arrange and conduct client meetings including factory visits, project discussions and final negotiations. Develop and implement territory sales plans and strategies using performance KPIs to measure outcomes and efficiencies. Ensure timely and accurate data upload to the company’s EBS (Enterprise Business System) for future reference and reporting. Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, logistics and management) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service. Required skills and competencies Proven experience in Lift/Elevator/Escalator sales or relevant mechanical/electrical engineering sales (2 to 4 years preferred; freshers with strong aptitude may also apply). Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Territory management experience and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Practical motorbike riding ability for field visits and client meetings in areas across Bangladesh. Adept at data collection, CRM/EBS usage and reporting sales activities to management. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team. Education & experience Preferred educational backgrounds: BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, BSc in Mechanical Engineering, BBA, or MBA. Experience: 2 to 4 years in relevant business areas (Escalator/Elevator/Lift). Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, demonstrated aptitude for sales and technical understanding is essential.
